For God Or Against Him

Matthew 12:30: He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

Mark 9:40: For he that is not against us is on our part.

Luke 9:50: And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.

Luke 11:23: He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

Everything anyone thinks, speaks or does is either for God or against Him.

Matthew 28:18: And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

John 17:2: As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.

1 Corinthians 15:27: For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.

1 Peter 3:21: The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: 22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

Psalms 118:22: The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.

Matthew 21:44: And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

Hebrews 4:12: For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Jeremiah 23:29: Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

Isaiah 55:11: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

So how foolish is it to oppose the All-Powerful God and His All-Powerful Word. Believers have the incredible opportunity to walk step by step, thought by thought, word by word and deed by deed with Him and the incredible opportunity to study His Word and learn how to be for Him instead of against Him.

Romans 8:1: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Galatians 5:16: This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Psalms 37:23: The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
